Great Children's Digital Library--Biblioteca Internacional de livros Digitais

The International Children's Digital Library (ICDL) is an amazing digital library!  The collection includes 4459 books in 54 languages! The ICDL currently includes 29 children's books in Portuguese. Some were translated into Portuguese by  volunteer translators and a few were first published in Portuguese in Brazil.

Perhaps you know a children's book author who would be willing to add one of his/her books to the digital library collection.  This could bring new attention from readers around the world...

Perhaps you would like to volunteer to translate more of their collection into Portuguese (or maybe you could be add the first to add translations into Cape Verdean Crioulio).
